• Site visitors will not distribute  our seeds to jurisdictions where possession and/or trade in cannabis seeds is illegal.
• Site visitors will not buy cannabis seeds if they live in a jurisdiction where cannabis seeds are illegal.
• Site visitors will not germinate cannabis seeds if laws in their location prohibit germination or growing of cannabis seeds.
• Site visitors will consider any seeds to be novelty items and will use them for their intended legal purposes only.
• Site visitors waive the right to hold Peace Dog Estate LLC liable for any legal or other consequences of ordering or using any products in any way.
• Site visitors live in a jurisdiction where it is legal to read information about cannabis.
• Site visitors live in a jurisdiction where seed purchases are permitted.
• Site visitors will consider information provided or products purchased on this website for educational purposes only.
• Importing, stocking, and supplying marijuana seeds is free from regulation under the 1961 United Nations Single Convention on narcotic drugs and affiliated international treaties. 
• The trade of marijuana seeds in the Netherlands is incorporated in the national Opium or Narcotics Act legislation. This may also apply to some other countries. In some countries, marijuana seed trading does not require a permit. Nevertheless, when marijuana seeds are imported or exported for industrial, medical, or agricultural purposes, a notification requirement might still be obligatory. • Peace Dog Estate LLC works to deliver purchased seeds with the assurance the buyer has completed their research and is aware of legal restrictions in their area.
